Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science / Engineering or related degree
- Advanced skills and experience with building web applications using Ruby on Rails, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS
- Advanced skills and experience with mobile app development (iOS, Android)
- Experience with Linux, git, MySQL (PostgreSQL)
- Experience developing UI and middle tier for distributed web applications
- Experience with web development involving videos
- Strong knowledge of object oriented programming and design pattern principles
- Understanding of relational databases concepts
- Strong creative problem solving abilities
Responsibilities
- To manage own work assignments and to provide deliverables in timely manner.
- Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills – both written and oral
- Strong organizational skills and willingness to share knowledge and brainstorm
- Ability to learn quickly, be self-driven and to work well in a small, team-oriented work environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time and permanent basis
